What I hear from Field Coward Terentius is nothing but excuses. I will not order the other Veterans to be lead by a Coward. I feel sorry for the Regular Legions who have to follow Terentius but I will pray to Mars to watch over them. If Terentius wants more Legions, then he can have his IV Veteran Legion to add to the 14 Regular Legions and I will bend to the will of the Senate to send only 3 Ships to support them. This is my last Proposal on this matter. Either Senator Terentius accepts his duty to lead the Legions against the Jugurthines or we will elect another one who will.
