End of Game Statements

Christopher Hunt (Blue Meanies, Lord Vetinari):  Thanks to Chris for his expert running of the game.  Congratulations to Kevin on his win.  Didn't notice that Unreal Estates was separate from Dolly Sisters. Concerntrating too much on buildings.

Kevin Wilson (PIKES, Lord de Worde):  Every other time I’ve been one of the lords I’ve paid as much attention to others gaining enough control to win as one of the other lords, looking to block, as I paid attention to getting to four areas. That never seemed to work. This time I just focused on getting control of areas. The idea was to either let others block or lose as before. But, a few good, early cards let me spread out and get some minions on the board and it worked. Probably more the exception than the rule. At least this time it didn’t just default Vimes or, with too many minions adding too many trouble markets, to the Dragon King.

Thanks to all for playing. Always a fun game. Thanks to Chris for running the game as usual and keeping us inline with the rules now and then.

Bill Scharf (Hawt Rocks, Crysoprase):  Congratulations to Kevin in his win, and thanks Chris for running it. Always a fun ride with this game. I never got the cards to help my character win, while others had plenty of cards to take money away from me, oh well, the cards will be different next game. I strongly prefer a one character win over Vimes winning by default any day.

Andy York (TTG, Commander Vimes):  Excellent win Kevin, totally missed your sneaking in that victory! Fun game, thanks to Chris for letting us enjoy it!
