End of Game Statements

Kerible (Bill Scharf):  In this game I’m torn between a sneaky underwater shark attack…keeping myself hidden until the last minute, versus playing aggressively, and that worked against me. I’m pretty sure if I’d played more aggressively in this game I’d have won….but noooo… I held back and that cost me. Still, a great game to play and it seems everyone did well with what they were given. Thanks for running it Chris, I had a great time playing the game as usual. My fellow players are a canny bunch who gave a good accounting of themselves, as usual….darn it. Sign me up for the next one!

PIKES (Kevin Wilson):  Congrats to Andy on the sneaky win.  Always fun.  I came to a conclusion, not 100% accurate as it turns out, that Chrysophase and Lords were in play meaning I thought Vimes and the Dragon King might still be out so I went for the personality change when it clear getting a measly 4 control was going to be tough.  I got a good draw with the Dragon King but just didn’t have time to capitalize.  Another turn, two tops, and there could have been 8 trouble markers out there. We’ll never know.

Always fun, always a surprise and always worth the play. Sign me up for the next.

Blue Meanies (Christopher Hunt):  Great game.  Thanks to Chris for this game mastery.  Got close.  Probably discarded too many cards but had no money cards at start so needed the money. 4 is certainly better than 5.
