"Is this a republic or a monarchy? Do we as free people accede to every whim of the Consul we freely elected? Should he not explain his reasoning
"Since Aelius cannot, or will not, explain this proposal, CORONUS must vote "Nay", and urges all the other factions, including those voting out of turn, to defeat this measure.
