End of Game Statements

Dave Hooton (Minty Greene): Thanks to Chris H. for running this game, and an honorable mention to Andy who again had almost won the game before the accountants stepped in. Andy actually got 6 more points than I did from my last play, but I thought Bill was more of an end-game threat. I had chosen my private goal base on last game's experience, but only two airports came out, and the first came out at a bad time for me. As for my faction name, I was planning to do an early investment in the Mint I bought, but there was always something more important to buy.

Christopher Hunt (Springfield):  Thanks to Chris for running the game.  Congratulations to Dave for winning.  I still don't understand this game better luck next time.  My initial choices for extra victory contains were horrible but its my play that was to blame.

Andy York (Austin City Limits):  Good work to Dave for edging across the finish line ahead of the rest of us. It actually ended up a shade closer than I expected. Appreciate Chris H's great job as GM. Looking forward to the next one!

Bill Scharf (Yellowburg):  Thanks for running the game. And congrats to Dave on his win. Tried another alternative strategy but there’s only one that works. Reputation is key...go negative, and you lose people, go positive and people will continue to flock To your city. Income is key too because it brings in money turn after turn...without having to actively work to get it. Maximize those and you’ll do well.
