Spy Investigation Phase
BBC and PaH both try to gain (or keep) control of Strychnin, with BBC eventually winning out with 5 IP to PaH's 4. Strychnin calls a trial on Doberman. Strychnin votes to convict, Doberman votes to aquit, all others abstain. Doberman is sent to Siberia. Strychnin opens up investigations on all other Politburo members, aging to 63.
