Congratulations to Chris Geggus and Dave Hooton on their joint victory!
Chris Geggus:
As hard fought as ever and a very enjoyable game. Well played Dave (I
won't mention the illegal field placements) and thank you Chris. Most
plans seemed to work this time around and I was happy with my occs and
improvements. Was nice to get a good rythym going for a change. It's
quite important to choose the right time to grab start player and I
think Dave got it spot on during the middle few rounds. Obviously we
are all busy developing, so awkward to grab it back and potentially
waste an action. As my wife says " Timing is Everything. ".
Andy York:
Congrats to Dave and Chris for a well deserved shared win far ahead of
the unnamed other two. Thanks to our GM for his usual excellent job
running the game.
Dave Hooton:
I think that this is the first time in I've build my food strategy
around ovens and grain rather than cooking animals. Also new for me was
a strategy based around major improvements rather than house size.
Thanks to Chris H. for running it and congratulations to my cowinner
Chris G., who just pointed out a rule I was not aware of.
Christopher Hunt:
Thanks to Chris for his runing of the game and to Chris and Dave on
their fine win. Could never get the wood. Spend too many resources building beehives.
