Turn 1

Governor Christopher selects the Settler and takes a Quarry.  Dave takes the corn plantation.  Kevin takes an indigo plantation.  New plantations:  corn, corn, corn, sugar.

Dave selects the Builder and builds a Small Market (1 doubloon discount for Builder, 0 doubloons spent).  Kevin builds a Small Indigo Plant (1 doubloon spent).  Christopher passes.

Kevin selects the Mayor and places a colonist on the corn plantation and a noble on the indigo plantation.  Christopher places a colonist on the Quarry.  Dave places a colonist on the corn plantation.  Two colonists and a noble are placed on the colonist ship.

Governor Dave selects the Craftsman, gains 1 doubloon, and produces a corn.  Kevin produces a corn.  Dave produces a bonus corn.

Governor Christopher selects the Mayor, gains 2 doubloons, and places a Noble on the Small Market and a colonist on the Tobacco Storage.  Dave moves a noble from the Tobacco Storage to the Court Supplier and places a colonist in the Tobacco Storage.  Kevin places a colonist on the Sugar Mill.  Six colonists and a noble are placed on the colonist ship.

Dave selects the Craftsman, gains 1 doubloon, and produces 1 corn, 1 sugar, and 1 tobacco.  Kevin produces 2 corn, 1 indigo, and 1 sugar.  Christopher produces 1 corn, 1 indigo, 1 tobacco, and 2 doubloons.  Dave produces a bonus sugar.

Kevin selects the Mayor, places a noble on the Office, and 2 colonists on the Sugar Mill, and a colonist on the Quarry.  Christopher places colonists on the Custom House and Tobacco Storage.  Dave places colonists on the Office and corn plantation.  Three colonists and a noble are placed on the colonist ship.

Dave selects the Mayor, places a noble on the Small Indigo Plant, colonists on the Tobacco Storage and indigo plantation, and moves a colonist from a corn plantation to a tobacco plantation.  Kevin places a colonist in San Juan and exchanges a colonist from the Hospice with the noble from the indigo plantation.  Christopher places a colonist on the Tobacco Storage.  Two colonists and 1 noble are placed on the colonist ship.

Dave selects the Trader and trades tobacco for 5 doubloons (3 base +1 for Trader +1 for Small Market).  Kevin trades sugar for 2 doubloons.  Christopher trades indigo for 1 doubloon.

Kevin Wilson:  I was hoping for one more turn and a Mayor to man the Garden and gain a noble for the VP but just ran out of time.
Once again I was always short on cash until too late. Congrats to Christopher on a nice win.
Thanks for Chris for running the game.  3-player went quickly.

Christopher Hunt:  Thanks to Chris H for running it so well.  I thought it was much nearer.  Much prefer nobles variant as game goes on lower than normal when colonists run out. Also prefer the new buildings Chris Geggus showed me how useful Black Market is.
