7 Wonders -- Wonder Pack, Leaders, Cities, Armada
Notes
Your Armada board will be to
the right of your regular player board, and any islands you have will
be to the right of or below the Armada board. When you play a
card or
build a stage of your wonder, if you have the available resources, I
will automatically have you advance in the appropriate shipping
track. If you can get the resource from one of your neighbors,
you will have to specify that in your orders. Just for clarity
sake, I will be referring to the four shipping lanes as follows:
Red: Military, Yellow: Commercial; Blue: Civic; Green:
Exploration.

Congratulations to Dave on his victory!
End of Game Statements
Bill Scharf (Giza): Always a fun game to play, thanks for running it. Congratulations to Dave on his win. Guessed wrong on how many people were going to go green, not enough green cards came my way to go big in green, and you have to go big to win. Still, a lot of fun.
Chris Geggus (Helicarnassos): Ouch, thought I was closer than that. Just proves, yet again, that nothing beats good sciences. Makes my civics look feeble in comparison. Always enjoyable and looking forward to the next one when we all collect sciences and Dave wins by doing something else entirely. Another lesson from Mr. Hooton. And thanks to Chris for his patience with my numerous mis-plays and mis-reads.
Kevin Wilson (Alexandria):
I could almost just say “ditto” but then you may associated me with
someone I’d prefer not to be associated. Just as I turned more
focus on science cards, they stopped coming! Once again, I waited
too long and you can’t make up that difference with combat or
civics. Oh well, at least this time I wasn’t last and wasn’t that
far off the lead. Thanks, as always, to Chris for running the
game and to the others for playing.
I did feel I could go a little faster this time as I wasn’t constantly
having to look up symbols to know what my options were other than the
occasional Armada item.
Christopher Hunt (Rome):
Congratulations to Dave on his win. Thanks to Chris for managing
the game and knowing the rules a lot better than me. Still can't
work out how to buy science. Need to do early and lots.
Myself concentrated too much on money rather than victory points.
Too much military as well. Well done Dave.
Dave Hooton (The Great Wall): Thanks to Chris for running the game.
This was extremely close. Great Wall lost oodles of money over the last
three rounds. One coin more and it wouldn't have been able to build a
stage or play a card. Rome would have won by five points.
