Kevin Wilson:  It’s been obvious for 2 or 3 turns now I wasn’t going to catch Dave. I wondered if Bill still had a shot but it was clear he wasn’t going to catch him either and Dave was going to end it on his next turn so I at least denied him the Concordia card and the +7 VP.  Dave cleaned up on Saturn and Mars. So many options, so many choices, so many paths to choose from.  Maybe next time.

Dave Hooton:  This game had something I'd never seen before, namely nobody taking Architect first turn, there being no brick space within range of Rome.

I think I'll call what I did the Romper Room strategy. For those of you old enough the lyrics to the "Bend and Stretch, Reach for the Stars" song include the lyrics "Here comes Jupiter, There goes Mars."
