Congratulations to Chris Geggus on his victory!
End of Game Statements
Dave Hooton: Congratulations to Chris G. on his win. While I did get off to a good start, a bit of sloppy play later on cost me a couple of points. During my last two actions, my family members had no useful spaces to go to.
Chris Geggus: Thanks all. Everything seemed to go to plan for a change and I was able to keep growing without getting bogged down. My cards formed an excellent combo, even the Sawhorse which I rarely use. Only missed getting my Cattle Market out in the last turn by leaving it too late for the extra cattle point. Another enjoyable game. Thanks Chris et al.
Andy York: Well, that was definitely another poor showing at this game. Maybe one of these days I'll sort out the game mechanics enough to at least be a contender. Excellent, strong, win by Chris G. Thanks be to Chris H, as always, for being the game maestro.
Bill Scharf:
I did great in this game!* Things came together in most ways**, but
there were a few things I missed ***. Congratulations to Chris on
his win****, and thanks Chris for running this game in your usual
superb fashion *****.
* - compared to how I normally do.
** - as opposed to coming apart, which I have much more experience with.
*** - Okay, okay, more than a few.
**** - Although frankly, you’d think he would be tired of winning by NOW.
***** - Hey, hey I’m being serious, you do a FANTASTIC job. Four thumbs up!
