Notes

We are playing on the Benelux map and a designed combined deck. Power Grid + and Energy Crisis are both in play (2 yes, 1 no, 1 abstention), and the Promo cards are also in play (3 yes, 0 no, 1 abstention).  Please review the Energy Crisis variant rules on the website.  Note that there is the possibility of two Warehouses to be in play, one from Energy Crisis and one from the Promo cards.  They have a slightly different effect and are distinguished by the fact that the Energy Crisis Warehouse has a mininmum bid of 7 while the Promo Warehouse has a minimum bid of 10 and is immediately bid on when it is drawn.


Round 1

Bidding

KLOMP opens the bidding on power plant 04 at 4 Elektro.  Noordelijke Macht passes.  Power Central passes.  TRC passes.  KLOMP pays 4 Elektro.  Power plant 10 is added to the future market, pushing power plant 05 to the current market.
Noordelijke Macht opens the bidding on power plant 03 at 3 Elektro.  Power Central passes.  TRC passes.  Noordelijke Macht pays 3 Elektro.  Power plant 40 is added to the future market, pushing power plant 06 to the current market.
Power Central opens the bidding on power plant 06 at 6 Elektro.  TRC passes.  Power Central spends 6 Elektro.  The idea 6 Landfill Salvage was added to the current market.
TRC pays 2 Elektro for power plant 02.  Taxes are drawn, and immediately moved to the bottom of the deck, then power plant 46+ is added to the future market, pushing power plant 07 to the current market.

Fuel Purchases

TRC spends 5 Elektro for 4 oil.

KLOMP spends 4 Elektro for 2 oil.

Noordelijke Macht spends 6 Elektro for 2 coal.

Power Central spends 7 Elektro for 1 garbage.

City Connections

TRC spends 10 Elektro to connect to Brussels and 14 Elektro to connect to Antwerpen.  Power plant 01 is discarded and power plant 25 is added to the future market, pushing power plants 08 and 10 to the current market.

KLOMP spends 10 Elektro to connect to Amsterdam and 11 Elektro to connect to Zaanstad.

Noordelijke Macht spends 10 Electro to connect to Bruxelles and 15 Elektro to connect to Charleroi.

Power Central connects to Rotterdam for 10 Elektro and Utrecht for 15 Elektro.

Operate Power Plants

TRC spends 2 oil to power 1 city, gaining 22 Elektro.

KLOMP spends 1 oil to power 1 city, gaining 22 Elektro.

Noordelijke Macht spends 2 coal to power 1 city, gaining 22 Elektro.

Power Central spends 1 garbage to power 2 cities, gaining 33 Elektro.

Adjust Power Plant Market

Power plant 05 is removed from the market and power plant 35 is added to the future market.  Power plant 46+ is moved to the bottom of the deck, and power plant 57+ is added to the future market.  TRC gains the Industrial Espionage card.


Round 2

Bidding

Power Central opens the bidding on power plant 10 at 10 Elektro.  Noordelijke Macht bids 11.  KLOMP passes.  TRC passes.  Power Central passes.  Noordelijke Macht spends 11 Elektro.  Power plant 50+ is added to the future market, pushing power plant 25 to the current market.  Power Central bids 6 to develop the Landfill Salvage idea.
