End of Game Statements
Dave Hooton (Rocky Mountain High Line):
I started a with a difficult claims situation - it wasn't until Turn 4
when I had a couple of claims that didn't deplete immediately or
eventually blocked by others with my first delivery being on Turn 5.
For a long time, there were no claims near my Salt Lake City except for
the Price coal main. For these reason, I went straight for the
passenger lines from Denver to Leadville and Grand Junction to get a
basic income.
Thanks, Chris, for running the game.
Andy York (North Texas Survey Board):
As usual, I was concentrating on playing the game without keeping in
mind when it was to end. So, a number of actions in the last turns
weren’t the best I should’ve done. But, I don’t think it mattered in
the final results. I was hoping my passenger routes would have given me
more of an advantage, but no such luck.
Good game all! Congrats to Dave on the win and appreciation to Chris
for running the game and helping through my errors in writing orders.
